About Me
I am Hanwen (Hudson) Xing, a Research Scientist focused on coding agents, post-training, and evaluation.
I’ve recently been drawn to a practical question:
What makes an agent actually useful once it leaves the benchmark?
That pulls my work toward agentic coding, long-horizon planning, reinforcement learning for alignment, and benchmarks that reflect how agents behave in the real world rather than on paper. I’m also broadly interested in low-level kernels for efficient inference and serving, and in human–machine interaction (today’s terminal-based interfaces feel like a clumsy way to interact — pursuing smarter ones ✨).
